The module helps organizations recognize employee achievements by allowing teams to create, approve, track, and store appreciation records. It also maintains a complete history of awards and recognitions for each employee.

Can I create a new award type while adding an appreciation?
Yes. While selecting an award from the dropdown, you can choose “Add Award” to create a new award type instantly without leaving the appreciation form.

How does the approval workflow work?
When an appreciation is submitted, it enters the Pending state. Approvers review the entry and update the status to Approved, after which the appreciation becomes visible in the listing and the employee’s recognition history.

Can I upload photos or certificates with the appreciation?
Yes. The module allows photo uploads, which can include certificates, event images, or any moment associated with the appreciation.

How do I find a specific appreciation quickly?
You can use:Search bar (employee name or award name)Date filters (start → end date)Status filters (Pending, Approved, All) These help you instantly locate any appreciation record.

Is there a history log for each employee’s recognitions?
Yes. Every appreciation is stored and linked to the employee, allowing HR and managers to view a complete recognition history anytime.

Yes. The table includes multi-select checkboxes, allowing bulk actions such as exporting, filtering, or performing reviews on multiple records simultaneously.

What happens if an appreciation is submitted by mistake?
You can either edit, cancel, or delete the appreciation (based on permissions) before it gets approved. Once approved, revisions may require admin approval.

Can I export appreciation records for reporting?
Yes. The module supports exporting appreciation data, which can be used for HR reports, appraisal inputs, or analytics.

How is the status of an appreciation updated?
When the reviewer completes the verification, they manually change the status from Pending → Approved. The system then updates it instantly across the dashboard and employee records.
