We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, modern, and high-performing user experiences across TalBoard’s workforce and operations platform. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to create seamless UI/UX flows that power smarter staffing, timesheets, payroll, assets, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define UX solutions.
Deliver high-quality interfaces that elevate TalBoard’s design language.
Guide and mentor junior designers.
Conduct usability studies and refine designs based on feedback.
Maintain and enhance our internal design system.
Present concepts to stakeholders and lead design discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
4+ years of experience designing digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design fundamentals.
Experience designing dashboards, SAAS platforms, or workflow systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of mobile and web design standards.
